At Hawaii Premier Puzzles, we know how important it is to finish your puzzle with every single piece in place. While our manufacturing is very reliable, on extremely rare occasions, a piece may arrive missing or damaged.
Here’s how we can help:

Missing or Damaged from the Box
If your new puzzle is missing a piece or one is damaged, we’ll be glad to send you a replacement piece. Just contact us with your order details and a photo of the finished puzzle showing the missing spot. Also, send us a photo of the code below the UPC barcode to help us find the correct batch and don't forget to tell us the address you would like the replacement piece to go to. -
Timing
For the best chance of success, please reach out to us within 6 months of your purchase. After that, we cannot make any guarantees, as replacements may be more difficult, but we’ll always try to assist. -
